Cian Healthcare Ltd Hiring Regulatory Affairs Executives in Pune:-

Cian Healthcare Limited, a WHO-GMP and ISO-certified pharmaceutical company, is inviting applications for the position of Regulatory Affairs Executive / Officer in Pune, Maharashtra.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals in the pharma, biotechnology, or chemistry fields who are eager to advance their careers in global regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical documentation.
The company offers a great platform to contribute to international dossier submissions, product registration, and regulatory strategy for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals.


Key Responsibilities:-

As a Regulatory Affairs Executive at Cian Healthcare, your main responsibilities include:


Preparing, reviewing, and compiling CTD/eCTD dossiers for product registration in both domestic and international markets.
Coordinating with R&D, QA, QC, Production, and Packaging teams to gather required documentation.
Developing Modules 1–5 dossiers as per the country-specific regulatory guidelines.
Managing regulatory submissions, renewals, and post-approval variations with global authorities.
Maintaining product registration databases, trackers, and submission logs.
Reviewing product labelling, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
Assisting in responding to regulatory queries, observations, and deficiency letters.
Staying up to date with global regulatory guidelines — ICH, USFDA, EMA, MHRA, WHO, and others.


Required Qualifications:-

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in CTD/eCTD dossier preparation.
Good understanding of international regulatory frameworks.
Strong skills in documentation, analysis, and communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with eCTD compilation tools will be an added advantage.
